Getting started is simple. You can begin by submitting an inquiry through the website or contacting us directly. From there, we’ll learn more about your travel goals, preferences, timing, and budget, and determine the best next steps for your trip.
-
Yes. We may begin with an initial consultation to better understand your travel vision, priorities, and planning needs. This allows us to determine how we can best support your trip. Initial consultations are 30-minute meetings at a one-time, non-refundable fee of $50.00, which is then credited towards your research and planning fee.
-
Yes. Planning and service fees may apply depending on the scope, complexity, and level of support involved. Any applicable fees will be discussed in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.
-
Our services may include travel research, itinerary design, destination recommendations, supplier coordination, reservation management, travel guidance, and support before and during travel, depending on the trip and service level selected.
-
Unless otherwise stated in writing, planning and service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. These fees cover the professional time, research, coordination, and customized support involved in planning your trip.
-
The earlier, the better. For more complex itineraries, peak travel periods, international travel, or high-demand destinations, we recommend planning several months in advance, if possible. Starting early generally allows for better availability, more thoughtful options, and a smoother overall experience. Any trips being planned within 2 weeks of departure may require an additional fee for expedited service.
-
We strongly recommend travel insurance for most trips. Depending on your itinerary, we may provide access to or recommend third-party travel protection options. Travel insurance can help protect against unexpected issues such as cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and certain travel disruptions.
-
Changes and cancellations are subject to the policies of the travel suppliers involved, as well as applicable service terms. Fees, penalties, or non-refundable amounts may apply. We can help guide you through the process, but refund decisions and timelines are generally controlled by the supplier.
-
We may provide general guidance, but travelers are ultimately responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents and meet all passport, visa, health, and entry requirements for their destinations.
